This Dallas landmark will be coming back to life. Once being an office work environment now transforming into residential towers. The old growth trees and reflecting pools in this once pedestrian friendly plaza will be kept and remodeled to bring an elevated amenity space for residents, complete with spa, swimming pool, pavilions, open lawns and dog parks. The towers will be lit with RGBW linear lights to bring out the robust outer skeleton of these buildings. Keeping the white exterior finish gives opportunity to have high saturation of color. Controls will give the ability to have each tower a different color if desired.
