The Riverwalk Phase I project in San Diego is a beautiful property sandwiched between Friars Road and the San Diego Light Rail close to the San Diego River that cuts through the Riverwalk Golf Club. Five Multi-Family buildings surround a Retail Village with shops and restaurants and bounded on the east end with a Linear Park that connects the bike path with the rail and golf course.
