Hines Maple Terrace

This revitalization is the Dallas landmark Maple Terrace. The project consists of the renovation of the existing building for office use and the addition a residential building and outdoor amenity spaces. The building lighting is used to highlight the main architectural features that define the two buildings creating drama and a level of sophistication, with warm tones, and up light.
