The Epic Deep Ellum
The Epic is a mixed-use building that combines office, multifamily, retail, and a boutique hotel to create a natural transition from the iconic skyscrapers of Dallas into Deep Ellum.
The lighting responds to those cues with a bit of playfulness and color, classically enhancing the architectural elements and splashing color on the building exterior.
