This Richardson multifamily building main lighting focus is the corner lantern like feature of this building which relies on a consistency of the interior lighting. The exterior structural elements are expressed with a series of directional sconces at the top of this lantern. The repeating protruding brick portions of this building each have a linear uplight at the cornice and up down sconces at the ground level. The roof deck above the lantern draws your eye with its lit wood ceiling being achieved through ingrade lights.
