This multi family building is located in Austin. Its rectangular forms are emphasized with simple techniques, linear down wash to cap the building and patterns created with linear lights and back lit square sconces that create a graphic on this facade. The landscape tree lighting counters with a more organic visual adding a sparkle at the ground level.
