This 2 tower 14 story office building will be located in Deep Ellum. The bridge between these 2 towers is the 7 story garage that hides behind this glowing lantern and topped with a park and outdoor amenities. The building will house many retail shops and restaurants at the ground level creating a pedestrian friendly atmosphere. Lighting is of course emphasized at the main pedestrian areas ground level and the center jewel box with the illumination of park elements and trees above it calling your attention from below. This industrial building facade is highlighted with up and downlighting sconces following the brick patterned columns, simple but effective technique that brings out that brick texture for some drama.
