This downtown Houston office is the first Hines’ high-rise completed in 1971. This revitalization includes ground level landscape pedestrian walk paths surrounding the building, main entry points, and the first 3 floors including an amenity deck on the 3rd floor. Lighting will be added to the building exterior paying homage to the unique undulation of the building facade, once again making its mark in the heart of Houston’s central business district.
